Welcome to Hollybank Care Home, Wrexham
Hollybank Care Home Ltd is a small family run residential home in Wrexham. We are registered with the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) for the care of 20 male/female residents and provide care for the physical, emotional and psychological needs of the elderly with mental health problems. Our normal age range is over 65 onwards, however, our registration with CIW allows us to support people from the age of 45.
Hollybank Ltd caters for people with varying types of mental illness but mostly Dementia / Alzheimer’s and associated issues. Upon admission, the Manager and staff work together with family, friends and the individual to develop a person-centred care plan which enables us to support them effectively. We offer twenty-four hour care by experienced, caring, well trained staff. As a residential home, Hollybank does not provide Nursing Care. However, District Nurses provide any domiciliary medical attention required.
